Mass cancellation of deferments after August 7: what is really happening.
Currently, martial law and mobilization are in effect in Ukraine until November 5, which were extended by the Verkhovna Rada and signed by the President. The lawyer emphasized that deferments can be canceled any day, not necessarily on August 7.
'Of course, they have been extended, because the war has not gone away. Some information emerged that a lot of men will drop out on August 7, based on information that they have deferments,'Borovsky emphasized.
The lawyer also stressed the importance of periodically checking the status of deferments and timely providing necessary documents in case of technical failures. Therefore, it is advisable to closely monitor information about deferments and comply with requirements regarding the mandatory provision of documents.
Thus, the unfounded rumors about the mass cancellation of mobilization deferments after August 7 currently have no grounds, and it is important to follow official information regarding this issue.
