This initiative will provide a one-time payment of 10,800 Ukrainian hryvnias to internally displaced persons, refugees, and other vulnerable groups. Starting March 3, 2026, residents of the Okhtyrka community can apply for these benefits. Successful applicants will receive 3,600 hryvnias per month for a three-month period. To qualify, individuals must meet specific criteria:
- Applicants must be internally displaced persons, refugees, or returnees.
- The monthly income per household member must not exceed 6,300 hryvnias.
Registration will take place at 2A Parkova Street in Okhtyrka, where a mobile team will be available from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. For inquiries, individuals can call 063 182 68 38. The deadline for completing the identification process has been extended to July 1, 2026, allowing more people to access this vital financial support.
