The Mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, decided to organize raids to check the reserved employees of the city’s critical infrastructure. This initiative concerns specialists who ensure the uninterrupted functioning of electricity supply, water supply, transport, medicine, and other important sectors.
'During wartime, providing the city with vital services takes on special significance. Therefore, all appointments must be transparent, and the effectiveness of each reserved employee must be accountable,'- stated Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov.
He passed this order to his deputies, district leaders, and relevant departments to assess the legitimacy of these reservations and the compliance of employees with their duties.
In addition, critically important companies in the culture and entertainment sector of Ukraine have also been identified, including Vakarchuk's company and stand-up shows. There is also news that some Ukrainians will be paid UAH 100,000 for service in the air defense.
