Odessa allocates 5.8 million UAH for the capital repair of a building damaged by the war: what will be restored.
A tender has started in Odessa for the capital repair of a multi-story building that was affected by the war. The total cost of the repair is nearly 5.8 million UAH. The repair work is expected to be completed by the end of 2026 with the aim of creating safe and comfortable conditions for residents.
According to the Prozorro portal, the customer of the repair work is the Department of Urban Development of the Odessa City Council.
As part of the project, a complete capital repair of the building is planned, including the updating of structures, networks, and façade. The work includes the dismantling of old equipment, installation of new communications, windows, doors, elevators, and updating the heating and ventilation systems. The improvement of the adjoining territory is also planned.
As a result of the repair, residents will receive updated living conditions, and the building will become modern and energy-efficient.
