According to inkorr.com: Today, September 8, in the Primorsky district of Odesa, near a dormitory, the body of a newborn baby was found. This was reported by Glavkom, citing the Main Department of the National Police in the Odesa region.

“On September 8, the police received a report from the head of one of the dormitories in the Primorsky district of Odesa about the discovery of a lifeless newborn near the building. A detective and investigative team from the territorial police department was dispatched to the address provided by the woman,” the message states.

Preliminarily, law enforcement officials determined that a 39-year-old local resident had thrown the newborn out of the window of a high-rise building. The woman has been detained, and an investigation and documentation of the event are ongoing. Information will also be entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations.

Other tragic incidents involving children

In Lviv, there was an incident where a man forgot the cradle with a baby on the roof of his car and started driving. The cradle fell onto the roadside, resulting in injuries to the child. Witnesses called an ambulance and the police.

Additionally, the police of Kyiv region are investigating the death of a 10-month-old child who died in the intensive care unit of the Bilotserkiv Children's Hospital due to illness.
