Drone attack on the residence of the President of the Russian Federation

According to ТСН: The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, reported that Ukraine allegedly carried out a drone attack on the state residence of the President of the Russian Federation in the Novgorod region. According to him, 91 drones were destroyed as a result of this attack.

Lavrov emphasized that Russia will reconsider its position in negotiations, taking into account the final transition of the Kyiv regime to a policy of state terrorism.

He also noted that there is currently no information about casualties or damages, and Russia has no intention of exiting the negotiation process after the attack.

Attacks on other occupiers' facilities

In addition, it has been reported that during the night of December 28, Ukrainian drones attacked the Syzran oil refinery in the Samara region of Russia and other facilities of the occupiers.

However, there have been no reports of an alleged shelling of the residence of the President of the Russian Federation.

It has also been confirmed the results of a recent strike on the oil products processing plant “LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka” in the Volgograd region of Russia. As a result of the strike, a pipeline for oil products and a technological installation for oil production were damaged.

This situation underscores the escalation of tension in the region. The assaults by Ukrainian drones, particularly on strategic facilities, indicate an intensification of military actions from both sides. The variety of attack targets may suggest Ukraine's attempts to influence Russia's military capabilities.
