The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine released a statement claiming that Russian troops used the chemical agent CS, which is typically used during mass riots. The number of chemical substance use cases significantly exceeds what was mentioned in the report by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
The report identified several toxic agents, including 2-chlorobenzylmalononitrile (CS), chloracetophenone (CN), chloropicrin, and mercaptan (low odorant). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine concludes that the report confirms systematic crimes committed by Russian troops against Ukrainians.
Additionally, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a precise blow on an enemy military facility near the village of Yelizavetivka in the Kursk region. As a result of the strike, the platoon stronghold of the 28th Infantry Battalion of the 60th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation was destroyed. This point was used for launching drones that attacked Ukrainian defenders in the Sumy region.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the damage to the oil refinery (OR) of the occupiers in the Saratov region of the Russian Federation.
