According to inkorr.com: Deputy Head of the National Police Andriy Nebytov reported that the investigation is focusing on the version of possible Russian involvement in the murder of MP Andriy Parubiy. Currently, it is unknown who might have assisted the suspect, but verifying the possibility of a Russian assassination remains the main task for law enforcement.
Currently, nothing is known about the accomplices. We do not rule out any version, but the main thing for us is to study the possible Russian connection.
It is also known that the suspect, a resident of Lviv born in 1973, planned to flee abroad. The investigation considers him involved in the crime.
He had certain motives for this. We do not disclose details, but both the SBU and the police, as well as the prosecutor's office, say that it is necessary to thoroughly study the circumstances.
During the briefing, it was also noted that the prosecutor's office intends to demand that the suspect be held in custody without the possibility of posting bail.
