Olena Lavrenyuk on Facial Burns After the Cosmetologist: It Was a Terrible Period.
According to ТСН: The famous Ukrainian actress Olena Lavrenyuk sparked outrage by sharing the horrific consequences of a cosmetic procedure that disfigured her face.
Olena has always been cautious about various cosmetic procedures, as her appearance is directly related to her profession. However, one day, after receiving advice to remove her freckles due to potential future problems, she agreed to undergo a series of laser treatments. Unfortunately, the result was catastrophic: Olena suffered numerous burns on her face, which she detailed in an interview.
'It was a terrible period in my life. I went to my cosmetologist, and while I was waiting for her in the hallway, her husband came up to me and said: 'Such freckles! This could turn into a bad story later. Let's better remove them now than have it develop into something else later.' And I don't know what was going through my mind, I went to this laser treatment, and he gave me terrible burns on my face. He was using the laser to remove freckles, and I had over 60 burns on my face, of various shapes,' - shocked the actress.
After that, Olena consulted doctors to find out if it was possible to get rid of the burns and what to do next. The doctors assured her that with time everything would heal, but she needed to follow certain conditions, including avoiding sunlight. Only after two years did the burns disappear. During this time, the actress tried not to go outside, used a lot of makeup, and tried to avoid the sun. Olena noted that her situation with the doctor was not over, and had the burns remained, she would have definitely filed a lawsuit.
'It was all covered in a crust. This crust falls off, and I see a disfigured face, with wounds, indents, like post-acne, where the dermis shines through. I covered it with a thick layer of makeup so I could go out. I started consulting doctors, and they told me it was a burn and that it needed time to heal. I didn't go out of the house, fell into depression. They told me it would pass, but didn't say how long it would take. Now I understand why – to avoid traumatizing me because it took two years,' - the actress said.
Let us remind you that earlier Olena Lavrenyuk also commented on why Polish actor Delong disappeared from the series 'Coffee with Cardamom,' as the filming of the project was threatened with disruption.
This story has drawn attention to the issue of the safety of cosmetic procedures and highlighted the risks associated with poor-quality manipulations. It is important for consumers of cosmetic services to be cautious and choose only verified specialists. Olena's case serves as a vivid reminder that beauty should not come first at the expense of health.
