“Somewhere I lost 10 kilograms. It was really due to stress, the war, and a lot of work. You neglect yourself, decided to do a show to make it easier for everyone. As soon as I realized that I had myself, I am with myself forever, I needed to take care of myself. I just focused on myself, and it became easier,” the humorist shared.
Nataliya assures that she did not use any weight loss medications. She achieved the result through discipline, actively exercising, and watching her diet. In her opinion, the path to weight loss is not easy, but worth the effort.
“I don't even understand what 'Ozempic' is. It's just discipline. I have a table where I mark how much I walked, what sport I did today, what massage will be. Everything is clear with me. And the same goes for food,” the humorist shares.
