Verdict for the grenade near the TCC

The Voznesensk City District Court found a combat medic of a military unit guilty of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The investigation established that the man negatively perceived the work of the TCC and illegally acquired a shrapnel hand grenade 'F-1'.

On February 24, 2025, at 20:26, he activated an explosive combat device — a defensive shrapnel hand grenade model 'F - 1' — and threw it onto the territory, leading to damage and the inability to further use two service vehicles.

The next day, on February 25, the offender was detained and taken into custody. Five months later, the accused entered into a plea agreement with the prosecutor.

The parties agreed on a sentence of 5 years of imprisonment without confiscation of property.

The document also reveals that the convicted person had not been previously prosecuted, is married, and raises two minor children.
