Military personnel in Odesa region stole a multicooker and printer: what punishment the court decided.
A military officer in the Odesa region broke into someone else's property and stole a multicooker and printer. The serviceman was caught in the act and a criminal case was opened, which was considered in the Chornomorsk court.

Details of the case
The serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, living in Chornomorsk, broke the front door of someone else's house and stole a 'Delimano KF-R50' multicooker and a 'Xprinter XP-N160II USB+Wifi' terminal printer. The total damage to the victim was 4,012 hryvnias. The serviceman was caught, and a criminal case was initiated. During the court proceedings, the defendant fully compensated for the damages caused.
What the court decided
The defendant was found guilty under part 4 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (theft in a state of war). The court released him from 5 years of imprisonment under this article with a two-year probation period.
