Military man and editor of the project 'Real Story'. Let's remember Oleg Sarelo.
Every day at 9 a.m., Ukrainians honor the memory of all those whose lives were taken by the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today we remember Oleg Sarelo.
A soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and an editor of the project 'Real Story', Oleg Sarelo was killed in the war. This was reported on the Facebook page of the project.
Oleg was born and raised in the city of Prymorsk, which is located not far from the occupied Berdiansk in the Zaporizhzhia region.
However, besides his abilities in the field of film editing, Oleg happily joined the team of the project 'Real Story' two years ago.
At that Time, we gained a reliable, helpful, extremely modest, and undoubtedly talented person in the team. It was a perfect match. Our Oleg always felt what we wanted to convey in the episode, what mood to express. We learned to understand each other without words. And most importantly, we always knew that Oleg would not let us down.
Oleg was developing his professional skills, learning new things, and dreamed of becoming a director and making his own decisions about scripts. He always put love and creativity into his work.
Six months ago, Oleg joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine and served in the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporizhzhia Cossacks.
According to the Institute of Mass Information, Oleg Sarelo became the 94th journalist-soldier who died since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
The defender is survived by his 10-year-old son Ivan and his wife Kateryna.
«Glavkom» joins the moment of silence. We honor the memory of all Ukrainians who died in the struggle for their homeland. We remember those who died at the hands of Russian invaders, lighting candles of memory and bowing our heads in grief during the nationwide moment of silence, honoring the bright memory of the citizens of Ukraine who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the state: all military personnel, civilians, and children, all who died in the struggle against Russian occupiers and as a result of the attack of the enemy troops on Ukrainian cities and villages.
