Military conscripts do not need a military medical commission conclusion for employment: lawyer's explanation.
The necessity of a military medical commission conclusion for employment
According to inkorr.com: Military conscripts can be employed without a current conclusion from the military medical commission. This was reported by lawyer Vladislav Deriy.
He noted that to secure a job and reservation at the new place, it is sufficient to have a valid military registration document, even in electronic format.
'To be hired and to arrange for reservation, it is enough for a man to present an electronic military registration document' - emphasized Deriy.
Conditions for reservation for military conscripts
To receive a reservation from mobilization, a military conscript must meet the following conditions:
- be registered with the military;
- have employment relations with a state authority, a critically important enterprise or institution;
- clarify personal data according to the requirements of the legislation;
- not be wanted.
The lawyer also emphasized that if the territorial recruitment center declares a citizen wanted for not passing the military medical commission, this may complicate the reservation process.
Even if a current military medical commission conclusion is not mandatory for employment, it is worth remembering that it may affect the ability to receive a reservation if a person is declared wanted.
This information is important for military conscripts planning to change jobs or receive a reservation. In wartime, understanding all the nuances related to military registration and employment can be the key to stability in the lives and careers of such individuals. If you have questions regarding your personal case, it is advisable to consult specialists.
