Owners changed prices for one-room apartments across Ukraine.
The cost of 1-room apartments in large cities of Ukraine has changed both in terms of increases and decreases.
In the last 6 months, the cost of such housing increased the most in Rivne - by 17%, to 44,000 dollars.
Overall, the price increase ranged from 1% to 17%. Besides Rivne, buying 1-room apartments became more expensive in Lviv (by 5%), Uzhgorod (by 4%), Khmelnitskyi (by 3%), Ivano-Frankivsk (by 2%), and Chernihiv (by 1%).
The reduction in prices for 1-room apartments ranged from 1% to 16%. Prices fell the most in Sumy (by 16%), Kharkiv (by 15%), Zaporizhzhia (by 14%), and Odesa (by 9%).
In Kyiv, 1-room apartments in the secondary market became cheaper by 9%.
In other cities, prices remained at the previous level. This applies to Lutsk, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, and Kropyvnytskyi.
The average price of 1-room apartments in the secondary market in Ukraine ranges from 18,000 to 65,000 dollars. The lowest price is recorded in Zaporizhzhia - an average of 18,000 dollars. Leaders also include Kharkiv (20,000 dollars), Mykolaiv and Sumy (21,000 dollars), and Kropyvnytskyi (27,000 dollars).
The highest prices for 1-room apartments are recorded in Lviv (an average of 65,000 dollars), Kyiv (60,000 dollars), and Uzhgorod (55,000 dollars).
