Volunteer wounded in Kharkiv region: police investigate war crime.
According to inkorr.com: A terrible tragedy occurred in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region – a volunteer was injured by an explosive device. According to the Kharkiv police, the incident happened on September 21, when a 45-year-old woman stepped on an unidentified object on the stairs of the school. As a result of the explosion, she sustained multiple injuries, including leg wounds.

Police officers quickly evacuated the affected volunteer from the city of Kupiansk to a safe place and handed her over to medical staff for assistance. The woman was taken to the hospital, and a criminal proceeding has been initiated under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which relates to war crimes.
