According to inkorr.com: In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the DTEK team was attacked by a Russian drone while carrying out repair work on a damaged power line. This was reported by the company's press service.

«In Dnipropetrovsk Region, the emergency team of DTEK 'Dnipro Electric Networks' was attacked by an enemy drone while restoring a damaged power transmission line in the frontline zone. At 17:55, a drone strike was recorded on the service vehicle of the energy workers. As a result of the explosion, the vehicle was completely burned along with the equipment and materials for restoration work,» the message says.

Fortunately, no one was injured, as the workers managed to leave the vehicle before the drone attack. Such incidents are becoming increasingly frequent during work in frontline and occupied areas.

Since the beginning of 2025, two energy workers have already been injured in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and one has died while performing official duties. These incidents confirm the serious risks faced by workers in the energy sector in this region.
