Enemy occupied three settlements near Myrnohrad – DeepState.
The enemy captured three settlements near Myrnohrad – Mykolaivka, Krasnyi Yar, Kruty Yar. This was reported by the analysts of the DeepState project.
Analysts noted that recently there was a noticeable decrease in activity in the Hrodivka-Novohrodivka area, but the enemy continues to attempt to break through Ukrainian positions. They are rapidly advancing in the outskirts, where they encounter less military resistance. The tactic of bypassing the opponent is being used.
Mykolaivka is the last settlement on the way to Myrnohrad. Therefore, in the near future, an increase in pressure and attempts to break through to the southern outskirts of the city can be expected.
Russians are intensively placing strongpoints and other defensive structures. However, some of them are located in unusual places and are of poor quality. Overall, much depends on the military holding the defense.
Analysts also note that the Russians plan to involve additional forces and weapons for further offensive. Besides infantry and equipment, an increase in artillery, aviation, and other means is expected. It's possible that additional military units will be sent to the region.
According to the analysts of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the Russians have exhausted their reserves and capabilities for offensive operations in Ukraine. In the coming months, there may be a halt in the movement of Russian troops.
The coordinator of the 'Information Resistance' group, Kostiantyn Mashovets, reported that after capturing the city of Vuhledar, Russian forces might try to advance further towards Kurakhove - Bohoyavlenka. However, this has not been achieved yet.
