The price of basic products continues to rise
According to the information from the Minfin portal, in May 2025, the basic products that Ukrainians buy continued to become more expensive. This significantly affects family budgets.

“The cost of the grocery basket is rising every month, which significantly affects the budget of an average Ukrainian family,” the study noted.
Analysis
The rise in prices for basic products in May 2025 indicates further deterioration in the financial situation of Ukrainians. The increase in food prices may lead to a reduction in expenditures on other needs, exacerbating the economic situation in the country.
