WSJ reveals new targets for Ukraine: Rostov region under threat from Storm Shadow and ATACMS.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Ukraine is capable of launching missile strikes against strategic targets in Russia, particularly in the Rostov region.

The granting of permission by allies to use long-range weapons against targets in Russia has created a threat to Russian military facilities. With ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles, Ukraine can attack around 200 potential military targets.

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) emphasizes that Ukrainian forces can choose even more potential targets, including mobile facilities and military headquarters. Destroying a brigade or division headquarters could paralyze Russian troops for several days.

Particular attention is being paid to the Rostov region, where four airports are of significant importance for Russian troops being redeployed to eastern Ukraine.

Missile strikes in this region could negatively impact Russian logistics and complicate troop movements. It remains unclear whether there are any restrictions regarding the selection of targets and regions for Ukrainian attacks from the United States.

It is also worth mentioning the consequences of the Storm Shadow strike in the Kursk region.
