According to Vladyslav Deriy, if you live in the same district where you are registered with the district territorial recruitment center (RTRC), you can simply update your residential address in the 'Reserve+' electronic service to reflect your actual location. However, Deriy also notes that it would be advisable for the citizen to visit the Administrative Services Center (ASC) together with the property owner. In such cases, the owner can register the individual for a specific period at their apartment, which simplifies the registration process.
