Iron Polygon Tested 550 Samples of Weapons: How It Strengthens the Army.
According to inkorr.com: The 'Iron Polygon' service was launched by a Ukrainian journalist. Over the year, it received over 750 applications from defense product manufacturers, conducting more than 550 tests. Various types of tests are carried out on properly equipped ranges, including radio interference and conditions similar to those in combat.
Developers not only receive professional expertise and consultations, but also important feedback from the military regarding their developments. Collaboration with the 'Iron Polygon' facilitates the process of developing and codifying new products.
'This is a quick and effective bridge between the idea and the front. The faster we test and put new solutions into production, the quicker they reach the Defense Forces,' emphasized Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Hvozdyar.
The 'Iron Polygon' service is provided to manufacturers of the defense industry free of charge. One manufacturer can use the service multiple times during the creation of a product, simplifying its implementation. The initiative is implemented in collaboration with the Central Department of Innovative Activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions, Brave1, and the State Research Institute for Testing and Certification of MCI.
Collaboration with the 'Iron Polygon' contributes to improving the quality and speed of implementing new solutions in the defense sector, allowing Ukrainian manufacturers to accelerate the process of creating and improving military products.
