According to Novyny.live: In a significant policy address, Ukraine's Ambassador to the UK, Valeriy Zaluzhny, argued that the nation must fundamentally change its approach to military mobilization based on lessons from the ongoing war with Russia. Speaking at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Zaluzhny stressed that conventional mobilization tactics are no longer viable in the context of modern warfare.
