Russian troops attacked the Zaporozhye region more than 690 times
According to inkorr.com: In the last day, Russian troops carried out 696 attacks on 17 populated areas of the Zaporozhye region. As a result of these shelling attacks, 49 people were injured. This was reported by
"Glavkom"citing the head of the Zaporozhye regional military administration Ivan Fedorov.
Use of different weapons
The head of the RMA noted that the Russian army used a wide range of weapons:
- Two missile strikes were recorded in Zaporozhye.
- Russian forces carried out 10 airstrikes on various populated areas of the region.
- 496 attacks by various types of drones were registered, including on the populated areas of Novomykolaivka, Balabine, Komyshuvakha, and others.
- Artillery shelling was also conducted on several populated areas, including Plavny, Hulyaipole, and Charivne.
Injuries and infrastructure damage
As a result of the attacks, 49 people sustained varying degrees of injury. Local authorities received 396 reports of damage to housing, equipment, and infrastructure facilities.
All the injured are receiving the necessary assistance, and emergency response services are working on documenting and eliminating the consequences of enemy attacks.
Russian occupation forces continue aggressive actions in the Zaporozhye region, harming civilians and the region's infrastructure. The task for the Ukrainian military and local authorities remains the restoration of stability and security in the region.
