The Armed Forces of Ukraine have created a special information and communication system called 'In Touch', designed to inform soldiers injured in combat, members of their families, relatives of the missing in action, and prisoners of war, said Alexander Kutkov, head of the Central Department of Civil-Military Cooperation of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The system has already been launched in test mode, and users can already take advantage of it and provide their feedback. Proposals for the content of the system were provided by about a dozen brigades with a high quality of care for personnel. The experience of Israel and the USA was used in creating the system. The development of the 'In Touch' website was also supported by volunteer reconnaissance brigades 'Angels of Azov'. The system provides about 100 services from state and private companies, including medical, legal, and psychological assistance. According to Colonel Alexander Kutkov, all service providers that are included in the 'In Touch' system database have passed four levels of verification. Each user can suggest a company that, in their opinion, provides quality services for military personnel and add it to the database. The website features an interactive map of Ukraine, allowing users to find not only specific services for military personnel, the wounded, and former prisoners of war, but also addresses of about 1000 enterprises that offer significant discounts to the military. The 'In Touch' platform will also feature job vacancies for military positions in the Support Service. According to Kutkov, priority will be given to wounded individuals with limited fitness for service when searching for candidates.

In particular, it is intended to increase the training period to two months and adapt recruits within military brigades over a 14-day period. An update of the basic military training standards is also planned.Read also
