The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, met on Thursday, July 10, with the Prime Minister of Finland, Petteri Orpo. They discussed Russian attacks and the situation with defense production.

“I thanked the Prime Minister of Finland, Petteri Orpo, for the consistent support for Ukraine and for the large number of Finnish companies at the reconstruction conference. The presence of the defense sector is particularly important,” Zelensky emphasized.
The President also talked about the situation at the front, the increase in Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities. He emphasized that the main priority now is to support the restoration of Ukraine's defense production, increase the number of drones, and create joint ventures. According to the Ukrainian leader, this is the fastest way to combat the growing number of enemy drones.
In addition, the leaders discussed challenges for Europe related to Russia's cooperation with countries in the Pacific region.
Remember that the day before, Zelensky met with German Chancellor Merkel in Rome.
Also, during the reconstruction conference in Italy, a meeting took place between Zelensky and the Prime Minister of the Netherlands.
