Zelensky spoke about successful strikes on Russia: which facilities were destroyed.
Zelensky held a meeting with the Armed Forces, SBU, NSDC, and Ministry of Defense
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Minister of Defense, and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council. According to the president, the meeting reported on the effectiveness of the strikes in Russia and their costs, as well as their impact on the enemy's ability to continue the war.
Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine is successfully balancing between the costs of long-range weapons and the results achieved.
“It is important that it becomes more attractive for Ukraine to balance between our investments in various types of long-range weapons and their achievements. Russian logistics, military facilities that bombard our territory, elements of their war economy have suffered significant losses,” - Zelensky informed.
The president also noted that new priorities for conducting long-range strikes and developing Ukrainian defense enterprises have been established.
“Attempts by Russia to continue the war will have their consequences. I sincerely thank everyone who works for the benefit of the Ukrainian cause. I am proud of our warriors!” - summarized Volodymyr Zelensky.
Today, August 7, Volodymyr Zelensky plans to hold talks with representatives of partner countries. It is also known that the president has already discussed issues of peace in Ukraine and its Eurointegration with the Chancellor of Germany.
During the meeting, Volodymyr Zelensky expressed satisfaction with the effectiveness of the strikes on enemy territory and emphasized the successful balance of costs and achievements in the Ukrainian defense sector.
