According to the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Lieutenant General Ivan Havryliuk was removed from the composition of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. This information is available on the official website of the Office of the President. It is worth noting that he remains a member of the Supervisory Board of the Defense Procurement Agency.
Biography of Ivan Havryliuk
Ivan Havryliuk has served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine from 1988 to the present day. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including the position of Chief of Logistics of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Head of the Main Logistics Department. Additionally, in 2022, Havryliuk was called up for military service during mobilization, and in 2024 he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
Moreover, Ivan Havryliuk led Ukraine's working group at the Coordination Center for Assistance in Germany. Recently, the Cabinet of Ministers approved new members of the Supervisory Board of the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense, which included Ivan Havryliuk and another former deputy minister of defense.
