Russian troops struck Ukraine: Zelensky calls for defense
Last night, Russian occupiers carried out one of the strongest attacks on Ukrainian territory during the current invasion. President Volodymyr Zelensky reported on social media that the enemy launched 537 air assaults.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine revealed the scale of the attack: Russian troops released 477 strike drones of the Shahed type and imitation drones of various modifications from several directions. The Ukrainian defense stopped 475 enemy military assaults. In December, the first air battle resulted in the downing of Ukrainian pilot F-16 Maxim Ustyemenko, who destroyed seven enemy aerial targets.
