Russian fighters once again violated NATO airspace: Zelensky called for a response.
According to inkorr.com: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed outrage over a new incident when Russian fighters violated the airspace of a NATO member country. This incident occurred in Estonia.
'Russian fighters have once again violated NATO airspace - this time in Estonia. This is unacceptable,' - wrote Zelensky on social media on September 19, 2025.
As the President emphasized, provocations from Russia are spreading to new countries and regions. Moscow uses various methods - from interfering in political processes to violating airspace in countries like Poland, Romania, and Estonia.
Request for a unified systematic response
Zelensky stressed that this is part of a systematic campaign by Russia against Europe, NATO, and the West as a whole, and calls for a unified systematic response. The President urged decisive actions both collectively and from each individual state.
'Russia must feel increasing pressure, including through the economy and sanctions. Additionally, Russia's losses in the war must increase, and this can be achieved through a strong Ukrainian army,' - emphasized Zelensky.
The President of Ukraine thanked everyone who supports Ukraine and urged Europe, the United States, and other countries to act decisively in this situation.
Zelensky once again condemned the violation of NATO airspace by Russian fighters, emphasizing the necessity of a unified systematic response to Russia's destabilizing actions in Europe and called for decisive measures from all partner countries.
This incident reflects the increasing tensions in the region caused by Russia's aggressive actions. Both the President of Ukraine and leaders of other states assert that Moscow's attempts to violate international norms require collective action and response from Western countries. The situation remains under the close watch of the international community, as the welfare and security of not only Ukraine but also all of Europe become increasingly important.
