Ukrainian President Meets with Top Office and Security Officials

According to UATV: On May 30, 2023, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy convened a critical meeting with Head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov, National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov, and Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal. • air defense systems;
• scaling up the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs);
• the exchange of Ukrainian prisoners of war.

Zelenskyy underscored the need to advance humanitarian efforts, stating:

The president also highlighted support for the energy sector, declaring:

The meeting also addressed international air defense deliveries. Zelenskyy noted that he is 'in touch almost daily with representatives of the U.S. president and European partners. We took stock of the current status of air defense shipments and our overall agreements.'
