The Ukrainian experts in Qatar conducted a broad assessment of the security environment, paying particular attention to challenges posed by ballistic missile and drone strikes.

“Ballistic and drone strikes represent the greatest challenge in the region,” Volodymyr Zelensky stated.
He also emphasized Ukraine’s willingness to share its expertise with other nations:
“Ukraine has consistently said that we are ready to share our expertise and assist those who, in turn, can help us strengthen our own defense.”

Engaging with Qatar and other Middle Eastern states may not only strengthen defensive capabilities but also advance diplomatic ties—an important development amid ongoing geopolitical shifts. Ukraine’s experience in countering aerial threats could prove valuable for regional partners, highlighting the critical role of international collaboration in ensuring stability and safety.
