Financial Aid Available for Dobropillia Community Residents: How to Qualify for 10,800 Hryvnias.
The 'Caritas Ukraine' Project
According to Novyny.live: The charitable organization 'Caritas Ukraine' has launched a project offering financial support to Ukrainian citizens living in high-risk areas. Residents of the Dobropillia community in Donetsk Oblast can apply for two types of aid: a cash grant of 10,800 UAH (Ukrainian hryvnias) and medical treatment assistance of up to 9,000 UAH. This initiative is part of broader humanitarian efforts to assist civilians affected by the ongoing conflict in eastern Ukraine.
To qualify for the cash grant, an applicant's income must not exceed 6,318 UAH per person. The verification process requires the use of geolocation and video recording. Eligible residents can apply from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, using the following contact numbers:
- 050 399 10 62, 095 690 68 62 - for medical treatment assistance;
- 050 399 10 66 - for the cash grant.
The vulnerable categories eligible for this support include:
- Individuals with first or second group disabilities;
- Single persons aged 55 and above;
- Single parents or guardians of minor children;
- Pregnant women and mothers with children under three years old;
- Individuals with severe illnesses.
The 'AGRO' Project
Separately, the charity 'Caritas-Spes Ukraine' has announced preliminary registration for its 'AGRO' project, which provides grants of up to 65,000 UAH. This project is also designed to support Ukrainian citizens facing difficult life circumstances.
Such aid programs are critical given the severe socio-economic hardships many Ukrainians endure, particularly in conflict zones. Financial assistance can significantly ease the burden on vulnerable populations by helping cover basic needs and medical expenses. Projects like 'AGRO' demonstrate the ongoing efforts of charitable organizations to improve living conditions for citizens in precarious situations.
