Deregistration from military accounting without visiting the TCC: what nuance complicates the process.
Deregistration from military accounting without personal visit: legal aspect
Deregistration from military accounting without visiting the territorial recruitment center is possible, but, according to lawyer Yuriy Aivazyan, this process has its difficulties.
“The personal presence of conscripts, military personnel, and reservists for deregistration or exclusion from military accounting in district (city) TCCs, SBU bodies, and relevant units of intelligence agencies is not mandatory”
Aivazyan emphasized that although a person can be deregistered without personal presence, this process cannot do without registering at a new place of residence.
“In order for you to be deregistered in one TCC, you must register in the TCC at your new place of residence” — the lawyer explained.
Process of registering
To register, the citizen must personally visit the new territorial recruitment center or send the necessary documents by mail.
It was also indicated in previous publications what grounds may be for exclusion from military accounting during wartime, as well as how to obtain a certificate for Ukrainians who were deregistered.
When subject to deregistration from military accounting, a person may not need to personally visit the territorial recruitment center, but must necessarily register at their new place of residence. This goal can be achieved by personally visiting the new center or sending the necessary documents by mail.Read also
