According to inkorr.com: The search for 19-year-old Igor Andreyko, who disappeared on July 28 at the beach of Chornomorsk during a storm, has been ongoing for three months. Despite a large-scale operation, there are still no results, reports the State Emergency Service of Odesa region.

The diving and rescue service of the State Emergency Service has already analyzed 2.5 million square meters of the sea floor and 1.168 kilometers of coastline, but the searches have not yielded positive results. The operation began the day after the boy's disappearance, but difficult weather conditions complicated the process.

On July 28 in Chornomorsk, two people died due to the storm and Igor Andreyko went missing, - said the mayor of Chornomorsk Vasyl Hulaiiev. Rescuers saved 50 people, including 10 children.

Igor's father expressed his intention to go on a hunger strike near the police station in August due to the unsuccessful search for his son, but the police did not stop the search, despite support from divers.

The mayor emphasized that the situation is being controlled, and expressed gratitude to the State Emergency Service for their prompt actions.
