The Third Army Corps has launched the campaign 'Made for You': what has changed in the army.
According to ТСН: The Third Army Corps has started a new recruitment campaign called 'Made for You'. As part of this initiative, the military shares experiences of implementing reforms of the Third Assault Corps across all brigades and the achieved results.
Main achievements of the campaign
This campaign focuses not so much on creativity as on results. In less than a year of its existence, the corps has implemented numerous reforms initiated by the corps commander, Brigadier General Andriy Biletsky. The corps demonstrates how the Ukrainian army of the new format should look like.
"Human commanders, as they have themselves gone through the trenches. The least SVC - because they come not from us, but to us. We provide for everyone, as we have our own fund. And we constantly train, because we save lives. We value merits, not epaulettes. The initiative is welcomed, hobbies are supported, and punks and rappers serve together. This is an army for the people," the corps stated.
Innovations and support for the military
The Third Army Corps has created its own air defense system, a unit of ground robotic systems, and a regiment of unmanned aerial vehicles. Pilot training takes place at its own KillHouse Academy.
Additionally, a corps medical commission has been established, eliminating queues, bureaucracy, and humiliation of servicemen. Fighters are treated in their own hospital, and from the moment of injury and during rehabilitation, they are supported by the Patronage Service 'Angels'. A Veterans' Corps has been established to assist veterans after service.
Recruitment campaigns like this not only contribute to attracting new servicemen but also enhance the morale among existing fighters. Innovative approaches and comprehensive support for soldiers testify to the importance of the social aspect of military service, which helps create comfortable conditions for work and professional growth.
