Russian Federation Combat Losses as of February 14, 2026

According to TSN.ua: As of February 14, 2026, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have inflicted total combat losses on the Russian Federation amounting to 1,252,020 personnel. In the last 24-hour period alone, an additional 1,070 Russian troops were eliminated. These figures represent the cumulative toll on the Russian military since the full-scale invasion began in February 2022.

Equipment Losses

Beyond personnel, the Russian army has also suffered devastating losses of military hardware. The destroyed or captured equipment includes:

  • Tanks – 11,668 units
  • Armored Combat Vehicles – 24,031 units
  • Artillery Systems – 37,282 units
  • Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) – 1,645 units
  • Air Defense Systems – 1,300 units
  • Aircraft – 435 units
  • Helicopters – 347 units

Furthermore, losses of operational-tactical level unmanned aerial vehicles have reached 134,306 units. Other significant losses include 4,286 cruise missiles, 29 ships and boats, 2 submarines, and 78,388 vehicles and fuel tankers. An additional 4,071 units of specialized military equipment have also been recorded as lost.

It is also noted that North Korean personnel under Kim Jong Un have suffered approximately 6,000 killed or wounded, with around 11,000 North Korean soldiers reportedly remaining in Russia's Kursk region. This level of attrition highlights the severe and ongoing strain on Russian military resources. The presence of North Korean troops underscores the deepening military cooperation between Pyongyang and Moscow, a development with significant implications for international security.
