According to TSN.ua: In a long-range strike on the night of February 21, Ukrainian Rocket and Artillery Forces targeted the Votkinsk Plant, a key military-industrial facility located in the city of Votkinsk, Udmurt Republic, Russia. The attack was carried out using FP-5 'Flamingo' cruise missiles. A fire confirmed at the plant site indicates the operation's success.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated: 'On the night of February 21, units of the Rocket Forces and Artillery struck using FP-5 'Flamingo' cruise missiles. The target was the Votkinsk Plant military-industrial complex in the city of Votkinsk (Udmurt Republic, Russian Federation). A fire was recorded on the territory of the facility. Results are being clarified.'

This facility is a cornerstone of Russia's strategic weapons program. In addition to this strike, other targets within Russia and occupied territories were hit:

• The Neftegorsky gas processing plant in Samara Oblast, where a fire was also recorded;
• A fuel and lubricants storage depot in Donetsk;
• A workshop for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles in the area of Nova Karakuba;
• An enemy materiel and technical support storage facility in Polohy, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

The explosions in Votkinsk occurred over 1,400 km from the Ukrainian border, demonstrating the extended reach and capability of Ukraine's missile systems.
