Kholodny Yar liberated two villages near Dobropillya: how the breakthrough occurred.
Ukrainian troops from the 93rd Kholodny Yar brigade successfully control two villages - Hruzke and Vesele, located near Dobropillya in the Donetsk region. This was reported on Facebook by the press service of the 93rd OMBR 'Kholodny Yar' on Saturday, August 16.
Situation in Donetsk Region
To take the villages under control, the military employed reconnaissance, drone systems, artillery, and ground robotic complexes armed with machine guns that opened fire on enemy forces, approaching to effective range.
During the assault, the 93rd Kholodny Yar brigade destroyed and captured a significant number of Russian militants. It is worth noting that Ukrainian forces also liberated Pokrovsk from the invaders, and President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed that our country would not retreat from Donbas.
The Ukrainian military from the 93rd Kholodny Yar brigade continues active operations in Donetsk region, freeing our territory from invaders and ensuring the safety of the local population.
