According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on January 7, 2025, Ukrainian military forces attacked the command post of the 810th separate brigade of the Russian Marine Corps. The strike was delivered in the area of the settlement of Bila in the Kursk region.

'Such fire strikes are an integral part of the combat operations of the defense forces of Ukraine, which are conducting hostilities on the territory of the Russian Federation,' the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

The military command emphasized that 'the Armed Forces of Ukraine will use all available means to destroy the armed formations of the Russian Federation that threaten the security of the citizens of Ukraine.'
