Today, October 1, the occupiers attacked the center of Kherson, resulting in six innocent people killed and another 12 injured. In this regard, a day of mourning will be declared in the Kherson region on October 2. This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional Administration, Alexander Prokudin.
«This morning, the occupiers brutally took the lives of six elderly local residents who came to the market for shopping. Let's honor the memory of those innocently killed by Russian terrorists. Eternal memory to the dead! Speedy recovery to the injured!», – emphasized Prokudin.
Let us remind you that today, October 1, Russia attacked the center of Kherson. According to the investigation, on October 1, 2024, around 9:00 am, Russian troops opened fire with barrel artillery in the central part of Kherson. The attack took place near the local market and a public transport stop. As a result, six people died and 12 were injured.
