At the restaurant of the famous chef Yevhen Klopotenko «100 Years Ahead», foreign guests and participants of the fourth Crimean Platform Summit today managed to taste Ukrainian dishes. The festive menu included borscht, smoked pears, and a white beetroot appetizer.

Among the visitors were American VIP guests – US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink, and Hollywood actor Michael Douglas.

What the guests ate:

  • Borscht
  • cornmeal porridge,
  • smoked pears,
  • homemade oil with spices,
  • white beetroot appetizer,
  • vereshchaka,
  • kvass,
  • craft bread

 Prices for dishes in the restaurant start from 140 UAH. The most expensive position is a set of eight dishes for two «Discover Ukraine».

Recall that the famous Hollywood actor and Oscar nominee Michael Douglas today, September 11, arrived in Ukraine. The actor successfully visited a number of cultural landmarks, including St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery, St. Michael's Square, and Volodymyrska Hill Park, where he enjoyed views of the Dnipro. He also visited the majestic St. Andrew's Church. Michael was impressed by the city's architecture and was actively interested in the historical events that took place in Kyiv.
