The abuser fears that you will understand the relationship problem and seek help from professionals.

Often, the aggressor masks their humiliations with humor, trying to distract you from insults.
“Accept me as I am or live without me”
This ultimatum indicates the ignoring of your feelings and comfort, establishing their conditions as more important than your well-being.
“Honey, you imagined it”
These types of words are a form of gaslighting, aimed at undermining your memory and perception.
