In Kyiv, at the National Center 'Ukrainian House', an exhibition 'We Will Not Be Overcome' was opened to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Orange Revolution. The event was attended by the third president of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, who was one of the main figures of the revolution. Also present at the opening was MP Iryna Herashchenko, who spoke about her participation in the revolution and showed archival posters from the black PR against Yushchenko.

'In 2004, the protesters organized a headquarters in the former Lenin Museum. So today, like-minded people gathered here, there was a discussion about the role of the Orange Revolution for a democratic Ukraine. At that Time, we really made a turn away from Moscow and made the Belarusian scenario impossible for Ukraine, breaking the post-Soviet space. Moreover, it was a cultural revolution since we first experienced a surge of fashion for everything Ukrainian then! The word, the song, the history,' shared Herashchenko.
Let me remind you that Viktor Yushchenko also participated in a scientific conference dedicated to the Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity. The event took place at the Cherkasy National University named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky. The main symbols of the Orange Revolution became Baba Paraska, the old 'Zaporizhzhia', and cats with orange ribbons, this was reported by the general director of the Ivan Franko Theater, Yevhen Nyshchuk.
Yevhen Nyshchuk also spoke about his cooperation with Viktor Yushchenko and the development of a plan to disseminate the opposition's ideas to society. This cooperation began with a tour across Ukraine with songs and films and later led to the Maidan. During the Orange Revolution, there was a tense moment on the Maidan when Moscow planned to send tanks to Kyiv, but they managed to avoid the dispersal of the Maidan.
