Ukrenergo: power restrictions may last all winter - how to choose a charging station.

According to ТСН: Ukrenergo notes that stable electricity consumption restrictions may last throughout the entire cold season. This encourages the purchase of charging stations, known as 'ecoflow', primarily for residents of apartment buildings who cannot install a generator.

However, the purchase process leaves many consumers in doubt, as prices for devices vary significantly depending on their power. To simplify the choice, an online calculator has appeared on the Internet to calculate the parameters of charging stations.

How the online calculator works

Using this tool is quite simple. The user needs to:

1. Choose the devices they plan to connect to the charging station.

2. Specify their power and runtime, usually using a special table.

3. Receive suggestions for the charging station parameters that will meet their needs.

For example, if a user plans to power the following devices for the specified time:

• Wi-Fi router (10 W) - 5 hours;

• LED lamp (10 W) - 3 hours;

laptop (60 W) - 3 hours;

• refrigerator (100 W) - 24 hours.
