White cabbage leads the market: what else is rapidly becoming more expensive and cheaper.
According to ТСН: White cabbage continues to be the undisputed leader in Ukraine's vegetable market in terms of sales volume, and its supply is rapidly increasing. Last week, cabbage could be found in every seventh advertisement.
This was reported by analysts from EastFruit.
Changes in vegetable offers
The supply of table beets has increased, while the number of carrot advertisements has decreased. There is also a noted drop in sales of broccoli, cauliflower, and radishes from Uzbekistan.
Tomatoes still remain at the top, but their supply has been declining for the fifth consecutive week. It is also worth noting the active sale of red onions and pumpkins.
Fruit segment
In the fruit category, apples and persimmons continue to lead, with the number of sellers increasing. Meanwhile, pears and grapes were offered less frequently than in the previous week.
Interestingly, over 50% of Moldova's table grape exports go to EU countries. New offers of bananas from Ecuador have also started to arrive. The supply of mandarins remained at the level of last week, while the export of Georgian mandarins decreased by almost 70% as of the end of 2025.

Thus, there is active dynamics in the vegetable and fruit segment in the Ukrainian market. Cabbage remains popular, but changes in the offers of other vegetables and fruits indicate the market's adaptability to consumer demands. Export volumes, especially regarding grapes and mandarins, also indicate shifts in the foreign market, affecting the accessibility of products for Ukrainian consumers.
