Anna Koshmal vs. the Bloggers: A Dispute Over Originality

According to TSN.ua: Actress Anna Koshmal has publicly accused influencers Anna Trincher and Anastasia Tsymbalaru of stealing her advertising concepts on Instagram. According to Koshmal, the two bloggers replicated promotional ideas she had originally developed, sparking her strong reaction.

Koshmal emphasized that she produces her own promotional videos from scratch. She noticed several strikingly similar works appearing online shortly after she published her own content. One example she cited was a hair care advertisement that closely mirrored her video. Another was a bridal-themed clip that surfaced right after her own wedding-related post went live.

Calling Out the Influencers

In her statement, Koshmal urged Trincher and Tsymbalaru to confront their PR teams. She questioned:

“Girls, talk to your PR people—why are they embarrassing you with stolen ideas and concepts?” — Anna Koshmal

She also offered an alternative: “It would be better to find a new scriptwriter and creative director, or just reach out to me—I’ll write something interesting and unique for you, no problem. Because honestly, this doesn’t look good for your image…”

Neither Trincher nor Tsymbalaru have commented on the situation so far. The incident has drawn public attention to the issue of intellectual property rights in social media advertising.

This conflict between Koshmal and the bloggers highlights the growing challenge of protecting original work in the digital age, where content spreads and gets copied rapidly. It has also sparked broader discussions about ethical practices on social platforms, where creative ideas can be taken without consequence. The case may encourage other content creators to more closely monitor how their work is used by others.
