According to UATV: On June 17, a large-scale Russian drone attack struck the city of Zaporizhzhia, killing one person and injuring seven others. The assault began around 11:00 PM and targeted residential areas, leaving five apartment buildings and four private homes damaged. A three-story office building also caught fire during the bombardment. This attack is part of an ongoing pattern of escalating aggression that has plagued the region in recent months, deepening fears among local civilians.
Seven people sought medical treatment for injuries sustained in the strike. Additionally, 40 residents—including two children—received psychological support. According to sources, a total of 119 unmanned aerial vehicles were deployed across Ukraine that night. Local authorities and humanitarian groups are working to aid victims, but the constant threat of violence keeps the city on edge.
