The attack occurred at approximately 23:30 on February 5.

The outskirts of Kharkiv were again attacked by Russia around 01:00. This time the strike hit the Kholodnohirskiy district. Details are being clarified.

Recall that in 2022, Russia attempted to destroy this market. In March, Russian occupiers fired heavily at the Kharkiv market 'Barabashovo' using 'Grad' systems. This led to a fire, and the largest market in Eastern Europe turned to ashes within a day.

During the firefighting, the occupiers shelled 'Barabashovo' while rescuers were on site, resulting in injuries to two of them.

In 2025, the market was attacked by the 'Geran-2' drone.

As a result of the explosion, dozens of trading pavilions were damaged, but no one was injured. The guards present at the scene were not harmed.
