Emergency power outages have been introduced in four regions of Ukraine.
Emergency blackouts have been introduced in Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Kirovohrad regions due to shelling. This was reported by DTEK and regional energy companies.
The emergency outage occurred due to an increase in electricity consumption caused by a drop in air temperature in most areas. Electricity consumers are advised not to use multiple electrical devices simultaneously after temporary outages.
Ukrenergo reminds that the Ukrainian energy system is being restored after Russian attacks using missiles and drones. Emergency recovery works are ongoing at energy facilities.
Today, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, it is necessary to use electricity economically. Please avoid using powerful electrical appliances during this period.
The situation in the energy system may change, so it is important to monitor updates on the official websites and social media pages of your regional energy company.
We remind you that on February 4, emergency outages occurred in nine regions due to shelling.
